The house is built in 2 floors.

At the entrance of the house there is a hall which gives access to a fully equipped kitchen, next to the kitchen is the dining room which has a ceiling with wooden beams and very beautiful views of the Sierra Bermeja, on the same floor is the living room with fireplace and wooden beams on the ceiling.

On the other floor is the master bedroom with wooden beams on the ceiling and fireplace, this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, on the same floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is an exterior wooden house, which is used as a warehouse and laundry area.

There is an office, independent of the house.
