Country house near Competa with seperate guest accomodation. Great location close to the Competa Torrox road with good access all year round. The house is built on one level and has NO steps. From the entrance door you walk in to the large L shaped lounge with dining area. To heat in winter there are 2 stoves (log burner, pellet burner). Seperate kitchen with apppliances. From kichen and lounge there is access to the main terrace on the back, where you enjoy the beauty and tranquility, the views, the afternoon sun. There is an awning installed to create shade. Master bedroom is good sized, has a shower and toilet included. 2 bedrooms plus a large shower room.

Seperate guest apartment that consists of 1 double bedroom and a shower room, ideal for guests (or even rentals) they have their own entrance. All this is on the same level.

The garden and land slopes down, here is room for a pool if you wish. Mostly used as vegetable garden and chicken area. The gently sloping land has vines.

The house is perfectly located only 15 minutes drive to the coast, a 5 minute drive to the village of Competa and only 1 hour to Malaga Airport. Your daily supermarket is in the village, comercial centre for shopping is in Velez Malaga in around 25 minutes by car. The area around the house is tranquil, local or international people living here or having their holiday home.
